Conviction Appeal

Appealing you conviction cannot make your sentence any worse. You must appeal from a Local Court conviction within 28 days of the decision

Severity Appeal

Appealing on severity is unlikely to make the sentence any worse if the appeal has merit.

Supreme Court Appeal

If you have been convicted or pleaded guilty and been sentenced by a Supreme Court or District Court judge, you may appeal to the Court of Criminal Appeal.
