Bail Application Fees are as follows –

• Greater Sydney $2,000 + GST
• Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong and South Coast): $2,500 + GST
• Courts in NSW Country Areas: $3,500 + GST and travel costs

Supreme court bail applications can be arranged on a fixed fee basis but will be decided on a case-by-case basis due to variables.
