Defend NOT Guilty Plea Fees when defending the matter in the local court

• Greater Sydney $5,000 + GST
• Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong and South Coast): $5,500 + GST
• Courts in NSW Country Areas: $6000 + GST and travel costs

For these fixed fees we will represent you at your first court date, called a mention, at any compliance mention and at a single day of hearing when the matter should be decided.

All negotiations with police, pre-trial conferences and submissions, and managing of witnesses are included leaving you to focus on a positive outcome. If there are more than two court dates, additional fees will have to apply but you will be kept in the loop at every step.
